Maligano jasper from Indonesia is one of my favorites. I imagine looking down from space onto islands and coastlines, or onto a satellite image or map. Jasper is a form of quartz that cooled quickly on it's formation. This results in a crystal structure that is microscopic in size.
In the metaphysical realm, maligano jasper is said to be a grounding stone. It helps bring the spiritual, emotional and physical bodies into balance. It is believed to assist in preparing for astral travel.
Besides being a beautiful stone, this setting has a surprise when the wearer turns it over. You will be greeted by two little hearts on the back.
